Customer.io is a CashSDK Marketplace messaging & engagement integration. Once connected, every server-verified revenue event (purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds) is delivered to Customer.io the moment it happens.

Connect#

Connect with the destination's collector URL and an API key as the credential.

Add Customer.io

Connect it from the dashboard under Settings → Marketplace → Customer.io, or with the MCP server:

What Customer.io receives#

  • purchase.completed: a new purchase or first subscription payment
  • subscription.renewed: a recurring renewal
  • subscription.canceled / subscription.expired: churn
  • refund.issued: a refund or chargeback
